William G. Aldom was a member of Perry Lodge for many years. He served as Worshipful Master of Perry Lodge No. 185 in 1918. He became the Lodge Secretary on November 1, 1922, and served in that position for 27 years. Worshipful Brother Aldom set a record for years served as a Lodge Secretary. He was lovely known to hundreds of friends and Masons as Brother Bill.

     W.B. Aldom was a member of and served as High Priest of Salem Chapter No. 94 Royal Arch Masons, Omega Council No. 44 Royal and Select Masters, Salem Commandery No. 42 Knights Templar and Salem Chapter No. 334 Order of the Eastern Star of which he served as Worthy Patron. William held an officer position in every body in which he was a member.

     Worshipful Brother Aldom was appointed to serve as District Deputy Grand Master of the 24th Masonic District of Ohio for 1925 and 1926. He was well-known throughout the district.
